Exhibition Marketplace

The Exhibition Market Place will be the place to meet and network when the conference plenary sessions are not operating.  The market place will be open on arrival, during morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch.

As an entry point, we are pleased to offer exhibitors a pod-place within our market.

Each pod is 2m x 2.5m and contains two stools a bar table and an information panel which can carry your company brand and information.  Think of this as your ‘pull-up’ banner.

Pods can be upgraded to include lighting or a television monitor built into the panel.

Pods are priced at $3,300 including GST and this includes registration for one delegate to attend the two days of the conference.

Should you require more space, you may book a number of pods. Alternatively you may wish to speak with us about a custom arrangement.
